Why these are free, and why the answer is not behind a form
Most calculators on the internet exist to collect an email address. You put your salary in, and the result arrives only after you have given something up. We think that is the wrong trade, and it is the reason so many of them are inaccurate — nobody checks a tool whose real job is lead capture.
These do the opposite. The maths runs entirely in your browser, so nothing you type is sent anywhere or stored by us. The answer appears immediately. If you want a copy emailed to you, that is a choice you make after you have it.
They are accurate because we file these returns every month for the businesses on our books, and because every statutory figure comes from one file that an accountant signs off — so correcting one number corrects every calculator at once.
