The terms on which this website and our services are provided.
The terms that govern our work with a client are set out in the engagement letter for that work — scope, fees, responsibilities on both sides, and how either party ends it. You receive that in writing, and agree it, before anything begins. We would rather do that properly for each engagement than publish a generic template here and treat it as binding on you.
Using this website
Nothing on this website is an offer or a contract. Reading it, using the calculators or sending an enquiry does not create a professional relationship between us. That begins when a written scope is agreed and signed.
We quote in writing. No engagement starts without you having the scope and the fee in front of you first. Details of how that works are on our about page.
