About the role
Take full operational, financial, and guest experience accountability for a high-volume 180-cover casual dining venue in Nairobi.
What you'll do
- Oversee daily front-of-house service standards, speed, and guest satisfaction
- Manage prime costs (food, beverage, and labor) against monthly revenue targets
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and daily shift briefings for 35+ team members
- Coordinate with central accounts on daily POS settlements and variance reports
What we're looking for
- Proven track record managing high-turnover restaurants or hospitality venues
- Commercial understanding of P&L reports, prime costs, and labor scheduling
- Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and leadership skills
Useful experience
- Familiarity with modern restaurant POS and inventory software
- Experience with multi-outlet brand standards
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
