About the role
Supervise restaurant, lounge, and conference banqueting service teams, ensuring seamless table turns, attentive guest hospitality, and accurate POS billing.
What you'll do
- Supervise daily service flow in dining rooms and banquet events
- Train service staff on menu knowledge, upselling, and guest etiquette
- Reconcile shift tills, voids, and staff meal allowances before shift handover
What we're looking for
- Prior supervisory experience in hotels, conference facilities, or large restaurants
- Professional communication and team coaching skills
Useful experience
- Banqueting and private event management experience
Qualifications
- Certificate or Diploma in Food & Beverage Operations
